I'm Saurav, a software engineer based in Kathmandu, Nepal with 4+ years building healthcare and enterprise applications. My work spans the full stack, from database design and scalable REST APIs to real-time Web interfaces and CI/CD pipelines, with a deep specialization in medical imaging.
Currently at Maitri Holdings Services, I work full stack on a healthcare platform serving the US market, building performant React interfaces in a HIPAA-regulated environment. Before that, I led frontend and backend teams at Terahs Technology, built a private NPM package for Cornerstone3D medical image viewing (cutting dev time by 40%), and shipped annotation tools used daily in radiology clinics across Nepal.
Outside the medical domain, I've developed pipeline monitoring systems for oil refineries, e-commerce platforms, and data visualization tools for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

A modern responsive task management app with CRUD operations, priority & status filtering, an analytics dashboard with bar charts, dark/light theme, virtual scrolling for large lists, and JSON/CSV export. Everything persists in localStorage with no backend required.
